Market Manager / Sales Representative

Part-Time | Seasonal | Full Circle Farm – Starbuck, MN

About Us:
Full Circle Farm is a 5th-generation family farm and microbakery creating small-batch, farm-to-table sourdough and fresh-milled breads. We grow, mill, and bake everything ourselves — connecting people back to the land through good food and honest ingredients. We’re expanding our presence at local markets and are looking for someone who loves local food, good bread, and community as much as we do!

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable person to run our market booth mostly on weekends. You’ll represent our farm and bakery at markets — setting up our booth, handling sales, engaging with customers, and sharing our story and products.

This position is perfect for someone looking to make some extra money on weekends or after hours, who enjoys connecting with people, being outdoors, and supporting local food systems.

Responsibilities:

• Transport baked goods and display materials to and from the market (vehicle required)

• Set up and tear down the market booth (tent, tables, signage, display, etc.)

• Handle cash and card transactions using Square POS

• Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean booth display

• Share information about our products, ingredients, and farm story

• Manage inventory and communicate sales and restock needs

• Represent Full Circle Farm with professionalism and warmth

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, trustworthy, and self-motivated

• Comfortable handling money and using basic technology (Square, phone/tablet)

• Passionate about local food, sustainability, and community

Schedule & Compensation:

• 25 - 35 hours per month, flexible position.

• Mostly Saturdays and/or occasional Sundays depending on market schedule

• 6–8 hours per market day (including setup and tear down)

• $18–$20/hour depending on experience, plus tips and bread perks 🍞
