Our freshly stone-milled rye flour is made from rye grown right here on our family farm in west central Minnesota. Milled in small batches for maximum freshness and flavor, this flour brings a rich, earthy depth and subtle sweetness that’s difficult to find in conventional store-bought flour. We’re transitioning to organic and have not sprayed our crops since starting our farming career in 2023.
